Apart from that you can also send in your queries and questions in the contact form which is provided on their official website.
Personally, I used their contact form for guidance about FlyingCDN, Page Speed Score, and Technical issues related to their services and it got resolved within 48 hours. Additionally, FlyingPress offers priority support to premium users, ensuring that they receive timely assistance and guidance when needed.
Perfmatters – Perfmatters also provides customers with extensive documentation and tools, including guides and frequently asked questions (FAQs), to assist them in making the most of the functionality offered by the plugin.
Although it does not indicate expressly that premium users receive priority help, Perfmatters does offer support in the form of a ticketing system to handle any questions or concerns that consumers may have.
5. Font Style
FlyingPress – When it comes to making a website perform at its best, fonts are always crucial. Because fonts come from different servers, we can’t guarantee how quickly they’ll load, but the FlyingPress font settings will help.

Perfmatters – There is no Font Optimization option in Perfmatters. So if you are using Perfmatters, then you can optimize your font –
- Disable all Google Fonts from your site.
- Add the swap parameter so that the browser will use swap instead of the default fonts after the Google Fonts files have been downloaded.
- You can host Google Fonts locally on your server or get them from a content delivery network (CDN) server.
6. Compatibility with Themes
FlyingPress – FlyingPress is designed in such a way that it works seamlessly with almost all WordPress themes and plugins. It will be compatible with popular page builders, caching plugins, and other E- comm platforms.
Additionally, it interacts with the CDN service offered by Cloudflare, enabling users to take advantage of CDN to significantly improve the speed and performance of their websites.
Perfmatters – Perfmatters is not intended to take the place of your cache plugins or image compression plugins; rather, it is designed to operate in conjunction with these plugins to remove additional elements from your WordPress website that are superfluous.
7. Cache Settings
FlyingPress – In the recent version of FlyingPress you can see options like replacing cache lifespan with scheduled preload and removing auto purge.
The best part is you can also use URLs and file paths to exclude various pages from caching. This feature ignores query parameters and cookies. And you can also configure a separate cache for mobile phones only if your site creates specific content for mobile devices.
Perfmatters – Perfmatters has more lazy load parameters than cache plugins, including the option to lazy load background images via the perfmatters-lazy-css-bg helper class.
8. CSS Settings
FlyingPress – CSS settings in FlyingPress contain CSS minifications, unused CSS, and HTML elements. This can easily solve render blocking and remove CSS that is not in use. Your web pages will load faster than before. This method is particularly effective when there are numerous render-blocking stylesheets.
Perfmatters – PageSpeed Insights tool will sometimes give you a warning of “Reduce Unused CSS”. This means that there is some code, like instructions for your website, which is being loaded even though it’s not needed or used on your page.

All of the features of Perfmatters are useful, but none of them have been updated in recent years. Their optimization can affect the performance of websites and important website variables.
On the other hand, they could be different depending on the website. When considered side by side, it is simple to understand why FlyingPress is the superior option. There is still a sizable community on Perfmatters, which the administrators are working hard to maintain.
